The BlueOcean Web Design Group
was
started in 1999 by James Tuttle. Reading has
always fostered within him a deep passion for
marketing and design within his companies. After
reading the book
Blue Ocean Strategy, James gained a heartfelt
desire to help other small business owners market and
grow their businesses. Thus, our company (and
company name) was born. Here are a few of our key
team players. |

Tuttle
started
working for himself before finishing high school as a
computer repair technician. That was his very
first company, which helped him to develop a
love of business. Over the next 9 years James
launched many different companies. In 1999 he
started
BlueOcean Companies, and shortly thereafter The
BlueOcean Web Design Group was born. |

Merrin
Allen
is a
phenomenally creative graphic designer that James met in
1998 while living in Australia. She pursued a wide
array of studies, including graphic and website design.
Her work is fresh, unique and creative- and always draws
rave reviews from our clients for whom she has worked
